🔁 Return & Exchange Policy – Addi Wears

At Addi Wears, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver exactly what you order, but if there’s any issue, we’re here to help!

✅ Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund if:

• The product you receive is not as ordered, or

• The product is damaged during delivery.

Kindly report such issues within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, along with clear pictures.

🔄 7-Day Exchange Policy

We provide a 7-day exchange from the date of parcel receipt for:

• Size issues

• Color changes

• Design exchanges

📦 Note: Delivery charges for exchanges will be paid by the customer.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Tax

For all COD orders, a 12% tax is deducted by the government at the time of payment.
➡️ In case of any return or refund on COD orders, this 12% amount is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

❌ Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Customized or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
